Role Overview
The Financial Expert serves as a strategic lead for company initiatives and the primary guardian of international financial compliance.
The role is the main point of contact for high-level financial discussions alongside the Head of Finance.
The role collaborates with global controllers on regulatory landscapes, transfer pricing, and emerging international tax frameworks.
Joint Venture and Project Leadership
- Lead finance operations for joint-venture initiatives and ensure alignment between partners, group standards, and local regulations.
- Design, model, and implement cost structures and equity frameworks for new and existing joint ventures.
- Act as the primary financial interface for external partners and internal leadership.
- Provide data-driven insights for strategic negotiations and high-level decisions.
Financial Oversight and Regulation
- Maintain end-to-end oversight of finance-related projects across the company, with particular focus on regulated sites.
- Partner with country financial controllers to standardize transfer-pricing documentation.
- Ensure intercompany agreements are defensible and aligned with global tax strategies.
