Role Overview
The Finance Manager will oversee finance and accounting operations for all restaurant outlets at Otaku Restaurant.
The role combines financial management, reporting, compliance, cost control, and team supervision.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
- CA, ACCA, or CMA is preferred.
- At least five years of experience is required.
- Food and beverage or restaurant industry experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, accounting, Excel, and POS or ERP systems is required.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily finance and accounting operations for all restaurant outlets.
- Prepare monthly profit and loss statements, cash flow reports, budgets, and financial reports.
- Monitor sales, cash, bank transactions, supplier payments, and receivables.
- Control food cost, labour cost, inventory, wastage, and operating expenses.
- Manage VAT compliance, reconciliations, and audit requirements.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure timely supplier and salary payments.
- Review invoices, purchase orders, petty cash, and staff claims.
- Analyze outlet performance and report financial variances to management.
- Strengthen internal controls and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Supervise and support the finance and accounts team.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 7,500 to AED 10,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
