Finance Manager

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• **Project Costing & Profitability:** Analyze project costs, material consumption (aluminium profiles, glass sheets), labour costs, and overall project profitability.
• **Financial Reporting:** Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and project-based profitability analyses.
• **Budgeting & Forecasting:** Develop and monitor company budgets, cash flow projections, and long-term financial plans.
• **Cost Control:** Implement and maintain robust cost-control systems for project execution, fabrication, and site installation.
• **Cash Flow & Treasury:** Manage working capital, bank relationships, and secure financing for projects.
• **Compliance & Tax:** Ensure compliance with VAT, corporate tax, and local regulatory requirements.
• **Operations Support:** Collaborate with production, procurement, and project teams to improve inventory management and purchasing strategies.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• **Certification:** CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred.
• **Experience:** 5+ years of UAE experience in finance or accounting, with a strong preference for a background in construction, aluminium, glass, or fabrication manufacturing.
• **Industry Knowledge:** Proven experience in project-based accounting (BOQ analysis, work-in-progress, revenue recognition).
• **Software Skills:** Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite).

• **Salary:** Range is often AED 10,000 to AED 15,000+ per month based on experience.
