Responsibilities
- Maintain a secure and childproofed environment, and administer first aid in emergencies
- Bathe, dress, and manage diaper changes or bathroom routines for the children
- Plan and prepare healthy meals, snacks, and baby bottles while accommodating dietary restrictions
- Organize age appropriate educational games, arts and crafts, outdoor activities, and assist with homework
- Enforce set sleep schedules, nap times, and accompany children to and from school or appointments
- Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and sanitize kitchens and bathrooms to maintain high hygiene standards
- Wash, iron, fold, and organize clothing, linens, and uniforms
- Wash dishes, clear tables, and keep pantry items organized
- Manage household inventories, inform employers of needed supplies, and assist with grocery shopping
Requirements
- 2 to 3+ years of verifiable experience in private household management and childcare
- Valid CPR, First Aid, and Early Childhood Development certifications are highly valued
- Strong command of English or the employer's native language
- High levels of patience, trustworthiness, excellent time management, and a flexible, energetic disposition
