Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long term financial planning activities
- Deliver accurate FP&A insights, variance analysis, and management reporting
- Oversee internal controls over financial reporting (ICOFR) aligned with COSO/IFRS
- Manage group cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships
- Support financing, restructuring, and investment evaluation initiatives
- Develop financial models and feasibility studies for key projects
- Coordinate property and asset valuations with external consultants
- Ensure timely month end close, including accruals, impairments, and profitability analysis
- Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, processes, and governance
- Lead and develop finance team members to ensure high performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Professional qualification preferred: ACCA, CPA, CMA, ACA, or CFA
- 8 10 years of experience in Finance, Audit, or Accounting
- Minimum 5 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Strong preference for Big 4 (audit/advisory) or real estate/investment group experience
- Experience in large, diversified, or listed organizations preferred
- Strong background in FP&A, treasury, and financial reporting controls
