- Set budgets and financial targets for all entities
- Review monthly financial results and ask the right questions
- Approve major payments, investments, and funding decisions
- Ensure proper controls are in place (no fraud, no errors)
- Manage auditors, regulators, and key external stakeholders
- Support business decisions with financial insight
- Review and approve financial operating policies and procedures
- Review banking structure and payment processes
- Work closely with banks on facilities and transactions
- Support opening and maintaining bank accounts for all entities
- Support maintenance of all bank documentation (KYC, signatories, etc.)
Requirements
- Experience in financial management and strategic oversight
- Ability to set budgets and financial targets
- Experience with financial reporting and analysis
- Knowledge of internal controls and audit processes
- Experience managing auditors, regulators, and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with banking structures and payment processes
