- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across the business
- Support executive leadership in evaluating investments, acquisitions, and development opportunities

- Oversee financial management of development projects from acquisition through completion and stabilisation
- Manage project budgets, cash flows, escrow accounts, and contractor and consultant payments
- Monitor financial performance across leasing, property management, and retail assets
- Manage liquidity, cash flow planning, and banking relationships
- Lead negotiations for project finance, banking facilities, refinancing, and restructuring
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long term financial planning cycles
- Develop financial models and feasibility studies for new developments and investments
- Review and support negotiation of key commercial contracts and agreements
- Provide financial input into investment structuring and strategic decision making
Requirements
- Proven experience as a senior finance leader, ideally at Finance Director or equivalent level
- Substantial background in real estate finance, covering both development and operational assets
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and financial control frameworks
- Demonstrated experience managing treasury functions, banking relationships, and project finance negotiations
- Ability to build and interpret complex financial models and feasibility studies
- Experience overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and long term financial planning in a complex, multi asset environment
- Commercially astute with the ability to support investment structuring and contract negotiation
- Strong leadership capability with a hands on approach suited to a complex real estate environment

Role Overview

- Reporting to senior executive management, this role drives financial performance, capital efficiency, and disciplined investment decision making across a diversified real estate portfolio spanning development and operational assets.
Financial Strategy & Leadership
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across the business.
- Support executive leadership in evaluating investments, acquisitions, and development opportunities.
- Provide financial insights to drive profitability, capital efficiency, and long term value creation.
Development & Asset Finance
- Oversee financial management of development projects from acquisition through completion and stabilisation.
- Manage project budgets, cash flows, escrow accounts, and contractor and consultant payments.
- Monitor financial performance across leasing, property management, and retail assets.
Treasury & Funding
- Manage liquidity, cash flow planning, and banking relationships.
