Position Summary
The Finance Manager leads financial governance, digital transformation, and operational excellence across a manufacturing enterprise.
The role combines strategic finance leadership, ERP integration, and industry-specific cost management for cement or steel operations.
Strategic Financial Leadership
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with manufacturing business goals.
- Drive profitability analysis using SAP S/4HANA COPA.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and sensitivity analysis for cement and steel operations.
- Provide executive dashboards and KPI frameworks for decision-making.
- Prepare financial models and costing analyses.
SAP Integration and Transformation
- Oversee SAP FICO modules, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
- Ensure integration with Materials Management, Production Planning, and Sales and Distribution.
- Drive automation of accounts receivable, vendor payments, and cost allocation.
- Lead system enhancements, testing, and process improvements for manufacturing workflows.
