We are looking for a Finance Controller to lead finance operations, client billing, revenue management, cost tracking, compliance, and process automation.

This role demands a sharp financial strategist who can optimize billing, collections, sales revenue, and compliance management while ensuring operational efficiency and automation.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on with financial operations, a strong leader, and a data-driven decision-maker.

• Own end-to-end client billing and receivables management
• Ensure timely billing, collections, and potential revenue tracking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients
• Handle client escalations related to billing and compliance
• Collaborate with Sales, Tech, and Operations on contracts
• Coordinate with sales to track revenue growth
• Monitor monthly sales trends and meet targets
• Identify revenue leakage points and act
• Define and monitor team KPIs and KRAs
• Implement a performance review system
• Track and analyze revenue vs. cost per transaction/personnel
• Optimize financial performance with ROI-driven strategies
• Reduce costs while maintaining service quality
• Ensure compliance with tax, labor, and ROC regulations
• Stay updated on regulatory changes
• Mitigate financial risks with legal and compliance teams
