About the Role
Run the operating system that improves the productivity of Finkraft's UAE hospitality field associates.
The role focuses on territory planning, CRM discipline, objection tracking, follow-up management, and hot-lead escalation.
Hospitality experience is not required.
Plan and Manage the Day
- Review CRM data, identify overdue follow-ups, and prevent duplicate account visits.
- Prioritize hot and warm accounts and cluster hotels geographically for efficient coverage.
- Assign hotels to field associates based on location, transport access, and individual strengths.
- Set daily targets and run a short morning briefing with the team.
- Track account coverage and whether planned meetings are happening.
- Identify objections, hot leads, and CRM data gaps as they arise.
Follow-Through and Reporting
- Ensure meaningful interactions include notes, objections, next action, owner, and due date.
- Immediately escalate hot leads involving Finance Directors, Commercial Directors, General Managers, or requests for pricing, demos, pilots, or technical discussions.
- Produce a daily Plan versus Actual summary covering targets, conversations, meetings, opportunities, CRM completeness, objections, and next-day priorities.
