About Al Raya Group
Al Raya Group operates in real estate management, leasing, hospitality, facilities management, and commercial real estate services.
What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee accounting and finance across the group.
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and prepare year-end IFRS-compliant financial statements and other management reports.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and government authorities.
- Implement and maintain financial controls and reporting processes.
- Provide financial analysis, investment appraisal, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Who Should Apply
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least five years of finance and accounting experience, including at least one year in a supervisory role.
- Native-level spoken and written Arabic and professional working English.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE financial regulations, tax regulations, and accounting practices.
- Experience supervising direct reports and finance teams.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- ACCA, CPA, CA, or similar professional qualifications are advantageous.
Compensation
- Competitive salary of AED 8,000 to AED 10,000 per month.
