About the Role
Smile Link Dental Laboratory is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, financial operations, reporting, and cash flow management. - Identify opportunities for cost optimisation, revenue enhancement and risk management.
- Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate closely with department heads to develop accurate and achievable budgets.
- Prepare financial forecasts and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Oversee day to day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and treasury functions.
- Ensure the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimise investment opportunities.
- Implement strategies to enhance cash reserves.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- MBA or CPA preferred
- 5+ years of progressively responsible financial leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving abilities
- Proficiency in financial software and systems
- Arabic language proficiency
