Position Overview
Serve as the principal financial advisor to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
Ensure financial sustainability, profitability, liquidity, compliance, and growth across energy and infrastructure operations.
Financial Leadership and Corporate Finance
- Develop financial strategy, support corporate planning, lead growth initiatives, and deliver transformation projects.
- Optimize capital structure and manage project financing, debt and equity funding, refinancing, and banking facilities.
- Lead treasury strategy, cash flow, working capital, liquidity planning, banking relationships, and treasury risk oversight.
- Direct budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, KPI monitoring, scenario analysis, and performance accountability.
Reporting, Risk, and Investment
- Oversee IFRS, UAE tax and VAT compliance, governance, internal controls, audit readiness, and financial reporting integrity.
- Identify financial risks and lead mitigation, business continuity, insurance oversight, and financial resilience activities.
- Evaluate investments, acquisitions, partnerships, project economics, valuations, and capital investment decisions using NPV, IRR, and ROI.
