The role focuses on strategic financial planning, budgeting, and oversight of financial operations.
Financial strategy and planning
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Compliance and analysis
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Analyse financial data to identify opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue growth.
Stakeholder and team leadership
- Manage relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
- Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team.
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Cash flow and risk
- Monitor cash flow and implement effective risk-management practices.
Candidate profile
- Hold a professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or an equivalent qualification.
- Have extensive financial-management experience within the property industry.
- Have strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Demonstrate regulatory-compliance and finance-team leadership capability.
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Arabic-speaking ability is advantageous.
