Kawader Recruitment Company announces a Finance Director opportunity with one of the largest hospitals in Saudi Arabia.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required.
- Previous financial management experience in hospitals or the healthcare sector is required.
- Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia is required.
- Experience managing financial operations, preparing budgets, and producing financial reports is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are advantageous.
- At least 10 years of financial experience and previous leadership experience are required.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of budget management, financial planning, financial analysis, financial reporting, cost management, and cash flow management is required.
- Leadership skills and the ability to manage a team are required.
Responsibilities
- Manage financial operations for the healthcare organization.
- Prepare and manage budgets and financial plans.
- Prepare financial reports and support financial analysis.
- Oversee cost management and cash flow management.
- Lead and manage the finance team.
