- Manage the company’s daily accounting operations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices and monitor collections.
- Process payroll and salary payments.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
- Manage cash flow and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns.
- Manage UAE Corporate Tax compliance and filings.
- Maintain financial records required by UAE authorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in the UAE in finance and administration
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, UAE Corporate Tax, UAE Labour Law, financial reporting, payroll, banking procedures, company formation and corporate compliance, employment visa and immigration processes
- Experience working with UAE government authorities
- Experience preparing financial reports and audit documentation
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Fluent in English

About the Role
- We are looking for an experienced Finance & Administration Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations, compliance, human resources administration, and corporate affairs in the UAE.
- The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards, VAT and Corporate Tax regulations, UAE Labour Law, banking procedures, and government processes.
- This position requires a highly organized professional who can independently manage finance, administration, compliance, and employee documentation while ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations.
Finance & Accounting
- Manage the company’s daily accounting operations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices and monitor collections.
- Process payroll and salary payments.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
- Manage cash flow and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards.
Tax & Compliance
- Prepare and submit VAT returns.
- Manage UAE Corporate Tax compliance and filings.
- Maintain financial records required by UAE authorities.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable UAE financial regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Banking & Corporate Finance
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Open and maintain corporate bank accounts.
- Prepare documentation for business loans and credit facilities.
- Coordinate financing applications and banking requirements.
- Monitor banking transactions and reconciliations.
HR Administration
- Prepare employment contracts and offer letters.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Maintain employee records and personnel files.
- Coordinate payroll documentation.
- Support performance documentation and HR administration.
Immigration & Government Relations
- Coordinate employment visa applications and renewals.
- Manage work permits, Emirates ID applications, and medical requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant UAE government authorities.
- Ensure company licenses and regulatory documents remain valid.
- Maintain corporate records and statutory documentation.
Legal & Corporate Administration
- Draft and review commercial agreements and internal company documents.
- Coordinate with external legal advisors when required.
- Maintain corporate compliance documentation.
- Support management with legal and administrative matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the UAE in finance and administration.
- Strong knowledge of: UAE VAT, UAE Corporate Tax, UAE Labour Law, Financial reporting, Payroll, Banking procedures, Company formation and corporate compliance, Employment visa and immigration processes.
- Experience working with UAE government authorities.
- Experience preparing financial reports and audit documentation.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Fluent in English. Arabic is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CMA, ACA, or equivalent).
- Experience in a fast growing private company.
- Experience managing finance, HR administration, and corporate compliance within the same role.
- Existing relationships with UAE banks, government entities, and business service providers are an advantage.
