About The Company

  • We are looking for a detail oriented and responsible Accountant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting compliance requirements, and ensuring smooth financial reporting for the com

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting entries, invoices, receipts, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and supporting documents.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, cash flow reports, and expense summaries.
  • Manage bank reconciliations and monitor company transactions.
  • Support VAT filing, corporate tax preparation, and other UAE compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government related entities when required.
  • Maintain organized records of contracts, invoices, receipts, and financial documents.
  • Monitor company expenses and support management with budgeting and cost control.
  • Prepare salary calculations, employee related payments, and WPS related documentation when required.
  • Ensure all accounting activities follow UAE regulations and internal company procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, corporate tax, invoicing, and basic compliance procedures.
  • Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally, Xero, or similar platforms.
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Professional communication skills in English.
  • Russian, Arabic, or Turkish language skills are an advantage.
