Finance Business Partner (Hybrid)

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Produce and improve monthly actuals and outlook reporting, including variance analysis and revenue and cost insights.
• Analyze P&L deviations against month-over-month, year-over-year, and plan benchmarks.
• Lead strategic financial planning, including budget, B2, and midterm-plan processes.
• Provide regional financial governance in partnership with sales, management, finance, HR, and other functions.
• Support Service Finance business partners and controllers with financial guidance.
• Serve as the finance contact for Mitel Service-related internal and group requests.
• Improve processes, governance, and controls in areas of sub-optimal performance.
• Produce or review ad hoc analysis for management.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or an equivalent field.
• At least five years of relevant professional experience, preferably in FP&A, controlling, or accounting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Experience governing key financial KPIs.
• Knowledge of IFRS, ERP and BW systems, and data structures.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• High proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.

Additional qualifications

• Spanish or Portuguese proficiency is advantageous.
• Advanced Spanish or Portuguese is desirable.

Compensation

• The stated salary range is CAD 84,000 to CAD 99,000, with no compensation cadence specified.
