An innovative, rapidly growing digital bank is seeking a Finance Business Partner focused on lending, FX, and international markets.
The role will act as the strategic finance partner to the Lending division and support commercially sustainable, financially well-managed products aligned with Islamic finance principles.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Lending leadership and lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Analyze lending performance, profitability, margins, customer behavior, and commercial indicators.
- Develop financial models and business cases for products, markets, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.
- Evaluate product economics, pricing, credit performance, and expected returns.
- Provide recommendations to senior management and support commercially viable Sharia-compliant products.
- Monitor performance against plans and partner with Product, Risk, Compliance, and Operations.
- Ensure compliance with Sharia principles, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop scalable reporting, planning, and performance-management processes.
Essential Experience
- Experience as a Finance Business Partner or in a comparable commercial finance or analytical leadership role.
- Strong banking experience, ideally supporting retail lending, consumer finance, or related credit products.
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, management reporting, financial modelling, and Excel.
- Experience preparing investment cases, scenario analyses, and executive-level reports.
- Knowledge of financial-services regulation, governance, and financial controls.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, commercial judgment, and constructive influencing skills.
- Commitment to ethical finance and Sharia-compliant banking principles.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in digital banking, fintech, or a high-growth financial-services business is preferred.
- Knowledge of Sharia-compliant lending or Islamic finance principles is preferred.
- Experience supporting retail lending product development or launch is preferred.
- Familiarity with business-intelligence platforms, financial technology, or automation tools is preferred.
- CFA qualification or progress toward the CFA designation is preferred.
- Arabic or additional language capabilities are preferred.
