About the Role
Coca-Cola Canada Bottling is seeking a Finance Business Manager, Supply Chain to partner with Manufacturing, Planning, and senior leaders to support monthly close, forecasting, and budgeting.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and explain journal entries and financial statements.
- Perform month end close activities for production plants, transportation, 3PW, and Monster co pack operations.
- Review P&L results and analyze variances versus budget, prior year, forecast, and standards.
- Understand key Supply Chain performance metrics (Yield, USLE, FSC, OOM) and recommend improvements with clear linkage to financial P&L outcomes.
- Build bottom up co pack pricing by SKU for partner brands, incorporating key cost drivers such as commodities and service fees.
- Perform balance sheet account reconciliations (FG, RM, Parts), including analysis of aged and reconciling items and support resolution efforts.
- Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly forecasting reports, develop management presentation decks, and identify key risks and opportunities.
- Lead the preparation, analysis, and presentation of the annual budget to senior management.
- Identify, lead, and execute process improvement initiatives, including enhancements to Supply Chain Anaplan modules.
- Establish strong relationships and credibility with key business partners, including Plant Managers, the Supply Planning Director, and the Transportation Director.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience in accounting, including account analysis, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- Demonstrated understanding of absorption costing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- CPA designation is an asset.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Access is an asset.
- Experience using SAP; Anaplan experience is an asset.

- We are recruiting a Finance Business Manager, Supply Chain to join our Finance team.
- This is an individual contributor role that partners closely with Manufacturing, Planning and Deployment, and senior Finance and Supply Chain leaders.

Role Details
- Work Location – Toronto
- Hybrid Environment – minimum three days per week in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), with flexibility to work remotely on remaining days.
- Salary – base salary CAD 82,800 CAD 92,000.
