Role Overview
Serve as a Finance Board Member and Part-Time CFO for a growing industrial engineering company specializing in metal and industrial processes.
Provide strategic financial leadership, governance oversight, and executive-level advisory to support growth and long-term objectives.
Work with the Board, shareholders, and senior management to strengthen financial performance, governance, risk management, and decision-making.
Key Accountabilities
- Advise the Board and senior leadership on financial strategy, performance, investment priorities, and long-term value creation.
- Oversee planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, management reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and performance monitoring.
- Strengthen governance, financial controls, risk management, reporting frameworks, and decision-oriented finance information.
- Advise on capital structure, funding, banking relationships, and financing strategies.
- Support investment evaluation, financial due diligence, M&A opportunities, restructuring, transformation, and strategic initiatives.
- Lead financial matters related to regulatory, audit, compliance, shareholders, and other stakeholders.
Required Experience
- Significant senior-level experience as a CFO, Finance Director, Finance Board Member, or Board Advisor.
- Strong Board- and shareholder-level financial and strategic advisory experience.
- Extensive expertise across financial management, corporate finance, governance, planning, controls, and risk management.
- Experience supporting growth, transformation, restructuring, or expansion, with hands-on financial leadership.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in a holding company, diversified group, or multi-entity organization is highly preferred.
- IPO readiness, public-company, Saudi capital-market, or Nomu exposure is advantageous.
- Previous Saudi or GCC business-environment experience is preferred.
