Perform detailed reconciliations of client remittances to sales ledger invoices, ensuring completeness and accuracy
Investigate and resolve discrepancies, short payments, and allocation issues in a timely manner
Maintain accurate cash allocation and account balance positions across international ledgers
Take ownership of a portfolio of international clients from a reconciliation and query resolution perspective
Work closely with billing, sales, and operational teams to resolve root causes of reconciliation differences
Improve and streamline reconciliation processes, controls, and reporting
Support month-end processes including ledger reviews, balance validations, and reporting
Monitor and manage aged items primarily from a query resolution standpoint rather than collections focus
