The Finance Assistant or Accounts Assistant is a full-time remote role supporting the company's day-to-day financial operations.

The role includes financial administration, communication with internal teams and external stakeholders, and resolution of finance-related queries.

Process invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
Handle petty cash transactions and maintain clear documentation.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients on overdue payments.
Enter data into accounting systems and perform bank reconciliations.
Assist with month-end reporting.
Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve queries and provide information.
Ensure financial administration is timely and accurate.

Possess finance and accounting skills, including basic bookkeeping, invoice processing, and reconciliation.
Possess credit control skills, including monitoring receivables and following up on overdue payments professionally.
Possess petty cash handling skills, including accurate transaction recording and documentation.
Have strong communication skills for working with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
