- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and expense reports
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Manage payroll processing and employee reimbursements
- Oversee day to day office administration activities
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors
- Manage company documentation, contracts, and records
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and office events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 5 years of experience in finance and administration, preferably in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently

Job Summary

Required Qualifications

- 2 5 years of experience in finance and administration, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations.
- Experience with payroll administration.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
