Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the company’s books of accounts in accordance with IFRS and applicable regulations.
- Manage the accounting team, including task assignment, performance monitoring, and completion of accounting activities.
- Review supplier, payroll, petty cash, and employee-related payment requests.
- Oversee reconciliations for accounts receivable, accounts payable, the general ledger, and subsidiary accounts.
- Manage intercompany and related-party reconciliations.
- Prepare and review monthly financial reports for senior management.
- Lead year-end closing and finalization of accounts.
- Oversee GCC entity account finalization and inventory accounting controls.
- Coordinate external audits, prepare audit schedules, and resolve auditor queries.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- ACCA or ACA professional qualification is required.
- At least seven years of relevant accounting experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Strong practical knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles.
- Good knowledge of UAE VAT and FTA regulations.
- GCC accounting and financial reporting experience is preferred.
- Experience with month-end and year-end closing, reconciliations, financial reporting, and external audits.
- Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Navision experience is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 1.00 to AED 10.00 per month.

- The role is performed in person.
