Works independently in all work centers of Final East and/or Final West assembly assembling product to customer and engineering specifications.
Verifies assembly is being built properly by visual inspection and utilization of measurements during the assembly process.
Performs quality checks on work completed.
Assists with training of others.
Accurately reads prints and assembles units accordingly.
Applies decals as needed without bubbles and imperfections in the proper orientation.
Accurate completion of hard cards and PTRs (product test requirements).
Keeps equipment and work area clean and orderly, performs required PM’s on machines and equipment, and reports all non-conformities to Line Lead, supervisor or maintenance until the problem has been rectified.
Works with little to no supervision.
