PulseMediaNL is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable File Clerk Assistant to join our remote team.
This role is essential in maintaining organized records, supporting document management processes, and ensuring accurate handling of company files and administrative information.
File Management & Organization
- Maintain and organize digital and administrative records in an accurate and efficient manner
- Assist with filing, sorting, labeling, and retrieving documents as needed
- Ensure files and records are updated, complete, and properly stored
- Support document archiving and retention procedures in accordance with company guidelines
Administrative Support
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and record maintenance tasks
- Handle routine clerical and administrative responsibilities
- Support internal teams with access to files and documentation when required
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive company information
Documentation & Record Keeping
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness before filing
- Track file activity and maintain organized record systems
- Assist in preparing reports and maintaining administrative logs
- Help improve documentation workflows and filing procedures
Systems & Process Support
- Use administrative tools and document management systems effectively
- Maintain accurate digital records and ensure data integrity
- Follow established filing procedures and operational standards
- Support process improvement initiatives related to document organization and management
About The Ideal Candidate
- 1–2 years of experience in clerical, administrative, or file management roles is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable working in a remote environment
- Familiarity with document management systems or administrative tools is a plus
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
