- Develop and maintain responsive, user friendly websites and landing pages for healthcare and medical clients
- Convert UI/UX designs into clean, scalable, and reusable front end code
- Support the creation of digital marketing assets that enhance campaign performance and user engagement
- Work closely with designers, marketers, and project managers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and functionality
- Optimize websites for speed, accessibility, and cross browser compatibility
- Support the maintenance and enhancement of websites built on platforms such as WordPress
- Identify and resolve front end bugs and interface issues
- Stay current with emerging front end technologies, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- 0–2 years of front end development experience
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with responsive design and mobile first development
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms preferred
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
- Effective communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment
- Fluency in English required; Arabic highly desirable

Role Overview
- We are seeking a motivated Junior Front End Developer based in the MENA region to join our remote team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive, user friendly websites and landing pages for healthcare and medical clients.
- Convert UI/UX designs into clean, scalable, and reusable front end code.
- Support the creation of digital marketing assets that enhance campaign performance and user engagement.
- Work closely with designers, marketers, and project managers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and functionality.
- Assist with front end enhancements that support SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and website performance goals.
- Optimize websites for speed, accessibility, and cross browser compatibility.
- Ensure seamless experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Support the maintenance and enhancement of websites built on platforms such as WordPress.
- Implement content updates, page templates, and layout adjustments as needed.
- Identify and resolve front end bugs and interface issues.
- Test websites and features across browsers and devices to ensure consistent performance.
- Stay current with emerging front end technologies, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of front end development experience, including internships, freelance projects, academic work, or personal projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with responsive design and mobile first development.
- Exposure to modern front end frameworks or libraries such as React or Vue is an advantage.
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms is preferred.
- Basic understanding of SEO friendly development practices.
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
- Experience working with design collaboration tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
- Understanding of website performance optimization and browser compatibility standards.
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar CSS frameworks.
- Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Exposure to healthcare, medical, or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with JavaScript build tools and modern development workflows.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly desirable.
