Overview

  • We are seeking a Remote File Clerk to maintain our company databases. You will collect information from internal teams and customers and ensure accurate data entry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Intake & Indexing: Receive files from shared portals, confirm document details, and index records using metadata.
  • Document Organization: Apply naming conventions, manage folder structures, and convert formats.
  • Quality Control: Perform spot checks for accuracy and handle exception routing.
  • Records Governance: Manage sensitive data, handle archival processes, and support internal audits.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

  • Experience in records management or administrative support preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict filing procedures.
  • Proficiency with cloud storage, PDF tools, and spreadsheets.
