Field Testing Associate Part-Time (as needed) Variable Hour Temporary

For CETEC, KPIs are a way to access collaborative achievement. In other words, it’s a two-way street where together we are better when each member of the team is both motivated and enabled to continually excel. As such, you will be expected to indicate the support you need in order to meet stretch KPIs agreed with you in advance, with specific and achievable targets monitored each quarter. Field Associate’s KPIs are likely to cover the following areas of performance:

· Accuracy of samples taken and results recorded and reported.

· Adherence to internal protocols for fieldwork, reporting, and analysis.

· Proactive support to CETEC’s ISO and other compliance, incl. but not limited to the proactive flagging of issues.

· Timeliness (and punctuality) in fieldwork, reporting, and all scheduled meetings.

· Effectiveness, proactiveness, and clarity of internal communications and reporting.

· Professionalism displayed when attending site and/or meeting clients.

· Overall curiosity and rate of learning.

· Attention to detail and critical thinking.

· Overall contribution to projects to the greatest degree of quality, on time, and on budget.

· Positive client feedback.
