Technical Requirements
- At least 3 years of IT infrastructure experience focused on end-user support management.
- Solid understanding of technical application support and application security concepts and requirements.
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP, firewalls, networking protocols, and security concepts.
- Good knowledge and experience with end-user support frameworks.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and experience using call logging software.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Office applications, Active Directory, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSH, LDAP, and DHCP.
- Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Outlook in a network environment, including permissions, calendar sharing, and delegation.
- Good knowledge of PC, laptop, tablet, and mobile hardware setup and configuration.
- Good knowledge of POS systems and peripherals.
Pay
- Pay is AED 9,000 per month.
Work Location
- The work location is in person.
Responsibilities
- Provide field and end-user support for IT infrastructure and technical applications.
- Support application security requirements and troubleshoot networking and security issues.
- Troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook in network environments, including permissions, calendar sharing, and delegation.
- Set up and configure PCs, laptops, tablets, and mobile hardware.
- Support POS systems and their peripherals.
- Use telephone support and call logging software to manage user support interactions.
