Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Achieve service quality and productivity targets.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
- Promote company products and services when required.
- Prepare daily and weekly call activity reports.
Experience and Language
- At least one year of call centre or customer service experience is required.
- Arabic language proficiency is required.
Pay
- Pay is AED 5,000 per month.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person.
