Job Summary
The Field Supervisor oversees fieldwork execution for market research studies.
The role covers qualitative and quantitative research, field staff recruitment and management, quality control, client updates, and delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
Responsibilities
- Manage interviewer and mystery shopper availability, performance, deployment, and recruitment.
- Conduct pilot interviews and report findings and required adjustments.
- Train field teams on project objectives, methodology, questionnaires, and fieldwork requirements.
- Review project documents for accuracy and alignment with approved scripts and requirements.
- Monitor fieldwork and report operational issues and challenges.
- Monitor field staff quality, productivity, methodology adherence, and compliance.
- Conduct field checks and provide feedback and guidance.
- Support interview and visit validation and quality control.
