Role Overview
Ventures Onsite is a subscription platform providing information on completed, ongoing, and future construction projects.
The Business Development Manager sells the MEA construction projects database and works toward assigned sales quotas.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand market presence and target potential clients and partners.
- Conduct market research on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and drive growth.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams.
- Track and report business development activity, sales performance, and market trends to senior management.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field is required.
- Experience in construction or infrastructure is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills are required.
- A proven record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth is required.
- Deep understanding of market trends, competitors, and client needs in construction and infrastructure is required.
