Field Services Operations Intern

Support the development and execution of internal communication campaigns

Assist in planning and coordinating employee events

Craft compelling content that fosters engagement and culture

Analyze current processes and make recommendations to close identified gaps

Collaborate cross functionally on communication strategies

Leading and supporting high-impact special projects

Communications majors preferred but open to Business Administration, Business Management, Operations, Public Relations and Marketing

Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, PDF and Canva

Project Management experience

Strong and confident communication skills, both written and verbal

Comfortable speaking with and presenting to leaders

A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a desire to learn and grow

Demonstrated success collaborating cross functionally in a virtual environment

Organized and can effectively prioritize across teams

Critical/strategic thinker and problem solver with a strong attention to detail

Duration: 10-week remote internship (This is a virtual position that can be located anywhere in the United States.)

Program Dates: 6/7/27 – 8/13/27 or 6/14/27 – 8/20/27

Eligibility: Must have full U.S. work authorization now and in the future
