Job Purpose
Provide technical and field service support for commercial vehicles and trucks at customer sites, workshops, and vehicle locations.
Act as a technical link between the company, workshops, customers, and the manufacturer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support and attend breakdowns or critical technical cases when required.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, electronic, drivability, and recurring vehicle failures.
- Conduct inspections, technical investigations, road tests, and functional tests.
- Support workshops and technicians with diagnosis, repair recommendations, training, and technical guidance.
- Prepare reports documenting failures, root causes, corrective actions, and technical recommendations.
- Coordinate warranty investigations and escalate unresolved cases to the manufacturer.
- Implement technical service bulletins, service campaigns, recalls, and technical instructions.
- Monitor recurring technical issues and support improvements to repair procedures and troubleshooting methods.
- Complete field activities safely and maintain accurate records of visits, cases, repairs, and recommendations.

- Diesel engines and diesel engine management systems.
- Commercial vehicles and heavy-duty trucks.
