Job Summary and Main Goal
Manage financial records, prepare financial reports, and support compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Conduct financial analysis to support management decision-making.
- Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with auditors and prepare audit schedules.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Educational and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and ACCA certification are listed as minimum educational and professional requirements.
- At least 3 years of experience is required.
