Role Overview
Roche Diagnostics is seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Engineer to join our team as a Field Service Representative in the South region (Devon area) directly supporting customers in NHS pathology laboratories.
Key Information: Supporting Peninsular Pathology Network (South 1), covering 3 hospitals across Exeter, North Devon and South Devon.
Ideal for experienced field engineers, with strong diagnostic service/support background.
Primary focus support for electro-mechanical hardware, including routine proactive and reactive maintenance.
Additional responsibilities in applications support, IT support, and customer training.
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Devon area.
You will be expected to collaborate with the wider team and all other areas of Roche to provide best-in-class service to our customers.
Amongst other duties, this will involve attending customer review meetings to outline key achievements and objectives attained.
