- Delivering exceptional customer experiences through top class communication and support using various mediums
- Optimizing of the sorting systems / process
- Identifying opportunities to add value to customers’ businesses through introduction of complementary TOMRA products, solutions and services
- Act as a conduit between customer base and HQ by providing in market feedback
Requirements
- Apprenticeship in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (ONC/HNC or equivalent preferred)
- Strong problem solving mindset with good technical understanding (mechanical, electrical and software)
- Comfortable working with software, systems, and diagnostics tools
- Customer focused with excellent communication skills
- Valid UK driving license
- Located within a 60 mile radius of London
- Experience in recycling or industrial processing is a plus

- We are looking for a driven and hands on Field Service Engineer based in South England to support our customer base.
Your Impact

Your Profile
