- Apprenticeship in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (ONC/HNC or equivalent preferred)
- Strong problem solving mindset with good technical understanding (mechanical, electrical and software)
- Comfortable working with software, systems, and diagnostics tools
- Customer focused with excellent communication skills
- Valid UK driving license
- Located within a 60 mile radius of London

Job Description
- As a Field Service Engineer, you will be at the forefront of innovation—working hands on with manufacture sensor based sorting technologies and making a real difference every day.
Your Impact
- Installing, commissioning, maintenance and repair of sensor based sorters in TOMRA’s Recycling install base
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences through top class communication and support using various mediums
- Optimizing of the sorting systems / process
- Identifying opportunities to add value to our customers businesses through the introduction of complementary TOMRA products, solutions and services
- Act as a conduit between our customer base and HQ by providing in market feedback
Your Profile
- Apprenticeship in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (ONC/HNC or equivalent preferred)
- Strong problem solving mindset with good technical understanding (mechanical, electrical and software)
- Comfortable working with software, systems, and diagnostics tools
- Customer focused with excellent communication skills
- Valid UK driving license
- Experience in recycling or industrial processing is a plus
- Ideally located within a 60 mile radius of London
