Job Summary
Provide day-to-day technical support for end users across Windows 10, Windows 11, laptop, desktop, macOS, and mobile devices.
Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, printers, MFD devices, collaboration rooms, and basic network issues.
Ensure timely incident resolution, user satisfaction, and professional IT operations support.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Windows 10, Windows 11, laptop, desktop, macOS, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications, user access issues, email issues, and basic configuration problems.
- Manage Active Directory user accounts, groups, password resets, and access requests.
- Support printer and MFD incidents, including connectivity, driver issues, and basic device troubleshooting.
- Assist with device management and software deployment using JAMF, SCCM, and MECM.
- Support Zoom and Webex Rooms for meeting room setup, basic troubleshooting, and user assistance.
- Troubleshoot basic connectivity, Wi-Fi, LAN, and VPN issues.
- Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors for issue resolution when required.
- Maintain accurate ticket, asset, and troubleshooting documentation.
Required Skills
- Windows 10 and Windows 11 support.
- Laptop and desktop support.

- Microsoft 365 support.
- Active Directory administration.
- Printer and MFD support.
Good-to-Have Skills
- JAMF, SCCM, or MECM for device management and software deployment.
- Zoom Rooms or Webex Rooms support.
- Basic networking, including connectivity, Wi-Fi, LAN, and VPN troubleshooting.
