Requirements
- Proven face to face sales experience (field sales, door to door, or selling to small business owners in UAE)
- Valid UAE residence visa (not sponsoring for this role)
- UAE driving licence and own car
- WhatsApp native, disciplined with a simple tracking sheet
- English required; Arabic, Hindi/Urdu or Malayalam a strong plus
- Knowing the Dubai car scene is a big plus

Overview
- Easy Auto (easyauto.ae) is the UAE's largest independent auto services directory — 3,800+ garages, detailers, tint & PPF studios and parts shops listed, with hundreds of customer enquiries delivered to businesses every month.
- We've launched paid growth packages and member deals, and we're hiring one field rep to sign our founding partners face to face.
What you'll do
- Visit auto businesses across Al Quoz, Ras Al Khor, DIP and Sharjah's industrial areas — garages, tint/PPF studios, detailers, parts traders, car washes
- Show owners the enquiries we've already sent them (we give you the exact numbers per shop) and sign them onto packages from AED 149/month — payment collected on the spot by link
- Help owners claim their free Easy Auto listing; collect their deal offer, photos and business details
- Book signed customers into our weekly video shoot schedule
- Log visits and report daily via WhatsApp
What we're looking for
- Proven face to face sales hustle — field sales, door to door, or you've sold anything to small business owners in the UAE
- Valid UAE residence visa (we are not sponsoring for this role), UAE driving licence + own car
- WhatsApp native, disciplined with a simple tracking sheet
- English required; Arabic, Hindi/Urdu or Malayalam a strong plus
- Knowing the Dubai car scene is a big plus
Pay
- Month 1 — paid trial: AED 1,500 activity guarantee (paid on 50+ logged shop visits: WhatsApp check in + photo at each stop) plus full sign up bonuses from day one
- After trial: AED 2,500/month base (same activity standard) plus sign up bonuses
- Sign up bonuses — one time, paid after the customer's first payment clears: Deal Zone Partner (AED 149/mo) → AED 100; Starter Bundle (AED 299/mo) → AED 200; Partner Growth (AED 399/mo) → AED 300; Dominate Bundle or any website package (AED 449–899/mo) → AED 500
- Petrol allowance on route days
- Realistic earnings at 3 signings/week: AED 5,500–8,000/month, tied entirely to results
