Work Model : Remote Field Work

Compensation Range: $85,000 – $95,000 annually

As a Field Sales Manager, you will be more than a sales representative, you will be a trusted advisor, a community connector, and a champion for small business success.

You will help business owners navigate challenges, save money, and grow stronger, one conversation at a time.

What You'Ll Do

Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, and community networking, you are always on the hunt.
Manage your territory like your own business, building and maintaining relationships with both prospects and existing members.
Meet with business owners, understand their needs and refer them to CFIB’s services.
Become a subject-matter expert and stay informed about our resources, business issues, and policy updates impacting SMBs.
Represent an organization that business owners trust and seek for guidance.
