Job Overview
WIDA is seeking a Field Sales Executive with strong sales skills and customer relationships.
The role manages prospects and sales opportunities from initial contact through contract signing and closure.
The position is focused on achieving sales targets and delivering results in a field-based environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits to targeted customers from exhibitions, databases, and lead lists.
- Prospect for new customers and open early-stage sales channels.
- Understand customer needs, present suitable solutions, and prepare quotations.
- Follow up on quotations, negotiate, address objections, and close deals.
- Coordinate with design and operations teams to progress deals and serve customers.
- Record calls, visits, and quotations daily in Odoo CRM.
- Meet assigned sales targets under the commission and incentive system.
- Submit weekly reports on visits, new customers, quotations, and closed deals.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven B2B field sales experience selling services or projects.
- A successful record of closing sales deals and achieving targets.
