Field Operations Representative

Location and hours
Based in San Francisco Bay Area to be able to travel to our customer sites on a daily basis | 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (Work schedule may vary based on business needs)
Job Responsibilities:
As our field operations account representative, you will be expected to visit stores on a regular basis to inspect products, product displays and develop strong relationships with existing clients and accounts, to maximize profitability within your sales territory. As a field operation representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service along with pristine knowledge of all products, sales, promotions, and services.
Visit stores on a regular basis to inspect products and product displays. Develop and maintain strong in-store relationships with key individuals to drive and grow business. Collaborate with team and other company associates and provide customer insights. Perform and log site inspections, including ongoing sampling for quality to provide feedback to operations team. Conduct competitive research and visit potential new partner locations. Analyze and observe sales reports to provide insights and observations to teammates. Attend and provide updates during team meetings and participate in ongoing trainings.
