Role overview
The Field Marketing Representative will visit independent retail stores to strengthen retailer relationships, improve brand visibility, secure premium in-store displays, and execute trade marketing activities.
The role supports brand growth at the point of sale and provides market insights.
Key responsibilities
- Execute regional field marketing activities across retail stores and manage POSM deployment.
- Develop local retail partnerships, maintain a regional retail outlet database, and expand brand visibility and retail coverage.
- Plan and deliver product launches, seasonal promotions, and other regional offline events.
- Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to support localized marketing strategies.
- Manage local partner and supplier relationships and support marketing materials, logistics, and operational coordination.
- Work with Brand, GTM, and Social Media teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above and at least 3 years of experience in field, regional, or offline marketing.
- Consumer electronics or vaping industry experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills are required.
