About the Role
Accord is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end management of in-person events, from executive dinners to industry conferences. You will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive pipeline growth.

Responsibilities
- Execute and define a field event plan, owning the full event lifecycle including pre and post event coordination, logistics, timelines, and deliverables
- Own the flagship User Summit end to end, leading planning and execution in unique locations
- Design and deliver a variety of field events, from intimate executive dinners to sponsored activations
- Represent Accord at major industry conferences, managing booth logistics and sponsorship deliverables
- Build integrated event campaigns partnering with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Content, and Sales
- Partner closely with AEs and CSMs to ensure key customers and prospects are included in appropriate events
- Track and analyze key metrics (ROI, meetings booked, deals created) and provide detailed results
- Track expenses and ensure all events are delivered on time and within budget
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in B2B events planning and management
- Ability to coordinate and manage events end to end, including budget oversight and post event reporting
- Comfortable managing a full, fast moving calendar of 5 7 events running simultaneously
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus (e.g. HubSpot & Apollo.io)

The Role
- As Accord’s Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the end to end management of our in person event calendar.
- The role has a strong focus on intimate, high impact experiences for revenue leaders.
- Reporting directly to the VP, Marketing, you’ll collaborate closely with marketing peers and sales.
You Will
- Execute & define a field event plan, owning the full event lifecycle.
- Own our flagship User Summit end to end.
- Design and deliver a variety of field events, from intimate executive dinners to sponsored activations.
- Represent Accord at major industry conferences.
- Build integrated event campaigns with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Content, and Sales.
- Partner closely with AEs and CSMs to ensure key customers & prospects are included.
- Manage all event related tasks including securing invites, gifting, booth logistics, sponsorship deliverables, budget tracking.
- Support the GTM team attending events by providing clear expectations and timelines.
- Coordinate with marketing to ensure events are aligned with goals and messaging.
- Track and analyze key metrics (ROI, meetings booked, deals created).
- Track expenses and ensure events are delivered on time and within budget.
- Bring creative ideas to life and shape the creative vision for events.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of proven experience in B2B events planning and management.
- Ability to coordinate and manage events end to end, including budget oversight and post event reporting.
- Comfortable managing a full, fast moving calendar of 5 7 events running simultaneously.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- A collaborative, cross functional partner.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A natural energizer who brings enthusiasm and momentum.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus (e.g. HubSpot & Apollo.io).
Location
- Hybrid 3x per week in Toronto or San Francisco.
