Rise Vision is currently searching for a Field Marketing Manager to join the team!

This is a fully remote role, but does require travel

Mission of the Field Marketing Manager:

As the Field Marketing Manager, you are accountable for attending events and generating qualified leads from resellers, end users, and partners.

This role requires approximately 50% travel.

You generate demand from target industries by educating them on why digital signage and why Rise Vision so that they come to us ready to buy.

To achieve this goal, you continuously manage and validate the ROI and the tactics and processes used to generate pipeline, including customer visits, lunch and learns, networking events, reseller and partner campaigns, events, and incentives.

You coordinate with the Channel Sales Manager, Account Executives, customer success, and marketing teams on our events calendar and manage all promotion and logistics.

You ensure our marketing team, sales team, resellers, and partners understand the impact each event and campaign will have on their respective areas.

You are a product expert on Rise Vision, understand the revenue strategy, our BrandScript and how best to position Rise Vision, and deeply understand our customers and their problems.

You maintain a consistent message across everything you create using the BrandScript, writing style, and brand guidelines.

You continuously analyze the data we aggregate to validate events and campaigns.

You provide feedback and suggestions to improve our revenue strategy based on the data you analyze and the customer feedback you get.

This role will report to the CRO

Meet with AEs bi-weekly to discuss plans for field and/or with the channel
Research events, define a scorecard/goals for each event in collaboration with AE.
Own end-to-end event logistics and coordination.
Travel to events (when reasonable) to do setup and tear down of booths and support AE.
Identify and collaborate with partners (in collaboration with Reseller Channel Sales) at events for shared booth space or providing software for other booths to have a greater presence at each event.
Manage onsite lead capture processes and ensure timely sync with the Hubspot for high intent SQLs.
Inventory and distribute marketing collateral, and promotional "swag."
Create content during events to promote on socials (photos, videos, testimonials, etc)
Manage budget for field & reseller activities
Work with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager on outbound campaigns tied to events (pre- and post-show follow-ups)
Work with the Senior Growth Marketing Manager/team for social media posts per event
Work with the Senior Growth Marketing Manager to update email signatures

1-2 years of experience as a Field Marketing Manager.
You're energetic, adaptable, and enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
Willing and able to travel, including spending multiple weeks on the road attending consecutive industry events and trade shows.
Comfortable managing the demands of frequent travel, changing schedules, and back-to-back events while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Thrives in highly interactive environments and enjoys representing the company at events and engaging with prospects, customers, and partners.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
