Rise Vision is currently searching for a Subscription Operations Specialist to assist the Finance team, reporting to the FP&A Manager.

As a Subscription Operations Specialist, you are joining a highly collaborative team accountable for the setup, changes and cancellations of all subscriptions.

You follow defined policies to ensure the accuracy and completeness of invoices, and ensure that outstanding invoices are followed up on within the defined collections process.

You are expected to execute on these responsibilities in adherence with the service level agreement commitments to internal departments.

You are the expert in the subscription management system, and understand how it connects with the business’s CRM tool.

You understand Rise Vision’s revenue forecast and budget, and how variations in the subscription management processes impact the accuracy of reporting metrics and the integrity of the financial statements.

You have a strong understanding of SaaS metrics, how they are calculated, and can provide analysis on actual results and the impact on Rise Vision’s forecast.

You are a continuous learner, remaining current with technology and trends and continually looking for ways to improve our processes.

This position will report to the FP&A Manager.
