Field Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking an organised, energetic and commercially focused Field Marketing Coordinator to support our Guest Experience Host program across Australia.

Reporting to the Director, Guest Experience Host Program , you will help coordinate field marketing operations, develop initiatives that lift guest production and provide practical support to our Guest Experience Host leaders and teams.

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working across reporting, training, recruitment, marketing collateral and day-to-day operational coordination.

You will be a proactive coordinator who can balance competing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.

You will also bring:

Previous experience in marketing coordination, sales operations, hospitality, tourism or a similar operational role.

Strong administration, reporting and presentation skills.

Confidence working with data, targets, budgets and performance measures.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

A collaborative and hands-on approach.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to work across multiple locations and priorities.

A willingness to travel to resort and sales locations as required.

An understanding of regulated sales or marketing environments would be highly regarded.
